S.T.A.R.S. Infomercial

Ash and I managed to get the next tape converted into a digital format. This one seems to be an informercial for the S.T.A.R.S. organisation.

We decided to convert this one next last night when I recognised "S.T.A.R.S." on the label for the tape, and this has helped me to better understand the purpose of the organisation. The tape has also brought to light an interesting connection between S.T.A.R.S. and T.E.C.
