I don't know what's happening

Please, if this worked, please send help. There's something in this apartment with me, and apparently I can't even remember what it is. I apparently took this photo? I found it in my gallery on my phone, and that's my bedroom door, but I don't know what the shadows are. I live alone. I don't know why the lights are turned off. The more I look at it, the more freaked out I'm becoming. I'm in my car right now. I don't know what to do. Please help me.
