An email from 'S.T.A.R.S. Interactive'

A few hours ago, I received this email from something called 'S.T.A.R.S. Interactive'. Initially I thought they had just sent it to the wrong email, but then I noticed that the profile picture is one of the photos I found in the box. Despite supposedly starting whatever this "social experiment" is, I haven't received an email back yet.
I was as well. I got two of the endings. I was afraid of what ending #3 might be so I stopped
Btw the S.T.A.R.S story is not connected to this one if anyone is confused about that
I don't know if this is any help now but I was also contacted by stars via reddit. I said confirm and now I'm finding myself taking part in a sort of choose your own adventure type experiment. Has anyone else been contacted by them?
